TS-ONE ^® is a fluoropyrimidine anticancer drug. It is developed to reduce the adverse drug reactions while enhancing the effectiveness of 5-fluorouracil (5-FU).

TS-ONE ^® is a combination of three pharmacological compounds below.

Tegafur becomes 5-FU when metabolized.
5-FU can prevent the growth of cancer cells or result in cancer cell death.

Gimeracil inhibits 5-FU degradation, and sustains anti-tumor activity.

Oteracil Potassium reduces digestive side effects such as diarrhea, while reducing toxicity associate with 5-FU.
